What we collect

When you sign up for Klaro, we collect your name and email address through our payment processor (Stripe), along with billing information that Stripe stores on our behalf. We do not store your full payment card on our servers — Stripe handles all card data per PCI-DSS requirements.

What we do NOT collect from your computer

The Klaro website does not collect anything from your computer. The security monitoring tools you install separately have their own privacy policies (covered in your welcome email). Those tools report process activity and threat signals — not the contents of your files, your screen, or your keystrokes.

Who we share with

• Stripe — payment processing and billing management.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (welcome emails, security reports, support replies).
• The security tools we install — disclosed by name in your welcome email. We share your name and email with them so they can create your account.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Your rights

Email hello@myklaro.io to request a copy of the data we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. We'll respond within 7 days.

Cookies

We use Plausible for privacy-friendly analytics. It does not set cookies and does not collect personally identifying information. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies on myklaro.io.

This is a basic v1 policy and may evolve as Klaro grows. We'll email you about material changes that affect you.
