The agreement

By signing up for Klaro, you agree to these terms. Klaro provides managed cybersecurity services for your Mac and Windows computers at $35 per device per month. The service includes 24/7 monitoring, threat response, automatic patching, and monthly reports.

Billing

  • You're billed monthly, in advance, per device.
  • You can cancel any time via your Stripe billing portal.
  • 30-day money-back guarantee. If you cancel within 30 days of your first charge, email hello@myklaro.io and we'll refund you.
  • After the first 30 days, cancellation stops future billing but doesn't refund the current month.

What Klaro does

Klaro monitors your computers, contains and responds to detected threats, and keeps your operating system and key applications patched. We do not guarantee zero compromise — no security service can — but we operate with industry best practices and respond promptly to incidents.

What Klaro does NOT do

  • Repair hardware failures.
  • Recover lost data outside the context of a security incident.
  • Provide warranty for your computer.
  • Cover phones, tablets, IoT, or routers in v1.

Liability

Our maximum aggregate liability under this agreement is limited to the amount you have paid Klaro in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Changes

We may update these terms over time. We'll email you about material changes that affect you, with reasonable notice before they take effect.
